Description WinNc 4.6:
File manager that's interface is based on popular Norton Commander. Thanks to the two panels it is easier to operate on files (e.g. copying, moving, deleting) and many users will find it convenient that shortcuts from NC are also here. User can find tools for spliting and decrypting files, rip and convert MP3s and a FTP client.

WinNc is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
