Description PuTTY 0.60:
Putty allows you to connect to SSH, TELNET and XTERM servers. Programme has ability of saving sessions. Putty is also able to connect SSH server using private key, so you don't have to give any passwords. Using this type of "command line" interface, there is no need for you to be sitting at the same machine you are typing commands to. The commands, and responses, can be sent over a network, so you can sit at one computer and give commands to another one, or even to more than one.

PuTTY is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000.
