* Added option to select a style for the left navigation bar to help with item display with some Windows themes
* Starting a secondary instance of SpamEater Pro will now bring up the original instance's main form before terminating. This will allow access to SpamEater Pro if minimized and the tooltray icon is not visible
* Fix minor bugs in WAB import engine (and Default Address Book) - some of may have caused misaligned name/address records in Approved Senders list
