This package creates files that contain the HPQFlash utility and a binary image of the System BIOS (ROM) for the listed notebook models with a 68BAL Family ROM. The HPQFlash utility is used to locally flash the System ROM on notebooks operating in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Fixes:
Fixes issue where "System Time Out" message is generated.
Fixes issue with PS/2 external keyboards where the "Alt + g/r" key combination does not function correctly.
