Description ImageToIcon:
ImageToIcon is a lightweight image-converter. It is able to convert .bmp, .png, .gif and .jpg to .ico. The converted icons are standard 32*32 icons. Images will be stretched to 32*32. This program makes it easy to create icons for your games, programs etc.

ImageToIcon is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit.
