WireChanger is a simple tool which will put customizable sticky notes on your desktop. To add a new note you just double-click your wallpaper in a free area and type the note's text. WireChanger is also a wallpaper manager with rich function of configuration, has built-in convenient calendar with an organizer and possibility of viewing Flash animation as a desktop wallpaper.

WireChanger is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
