Description D-Color XP 1.2:
D-Color is a simple and free tool that allows you to change the appearance of the desktop icon, text foreground and background colors. It also allows you to change the view of your desktop icons from Large, Small, and Tile view icons.

D-Color XP is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
