Description Hiew 8.00:
Basically HIEW is a hex viewer for those who need change some bytes in the code (usually 7xh to 0EBh). Also includes utilities for: detailed dump of NE/LX/LE/PE/ELF executables, detailed dump of OMF/COFF libraries and object files, splitting and joining dual executables.

Hiew is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
