Description Setup Editor:
Setup creates very small Windows installations quickly and easily without all the overhead of the big tools. Setup adds around 77KB to the total size of your installation as opposed to at least four times that for the big tools.

Setup Editor is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
