Description Remote Assistance Helper:
Windows XP includes 2 very useful tools, Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop, for providing remote assistance and control of machines. What they are lacking is an easy way to keep track of the machines that need the support. Until now, you had to either know the machine name or look it up when it became necessary to connect to the remote desktop.

Remote Assistance Helper is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
