Description PicName:
PicName is a donation-ware (free) program that makes it easy to do some of the things you might commonly do right after loading digital camera files (pictures/photos and videos) onto your PC. PicName was primarily designed for renaming files, and it also allows you to easily rotate or delete images. It was designed to let you perform these operations very efficiently, with the minimum number of keystrokes or mouse clicks. PicName can also batch convert images to different sizes or file/image types.

PicName is compatible with Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 7 32 bit, Windows 2000, Windows XP 32-bit.
