KeyGen RC4 lets you create super-secure passwords, encrypt files and folders, send encrypted email messages, and read encrypted email messages without the need for key pairs and complicated setup procedures like other encryption software tools. A drag/drop interface lets you simply drop a file on the ‘bulls eye’ to encrypt or decrypt it. Create an encrypted email message to someone simply by entering the email message and a password.

KeyGen RC4 Encryption Key Maker is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
