Description RegDefend:
RegDefend is a kernel based registry protection system, intercepting changes to the registry before they occur. It sits between the registry and applications which want to use it. If an application breaks any RegDefend rule that the user has setup then it will be blocked from doing what it wants.

RegDefend is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
