Description Paddy:
Paddy is a small Text file viewer with some configuration options for colors and fonts. In contrary to Notepad it can also be used with Linux type files. Paddy can decode Hex encoded Html and Script text, Base64, and Rotate13. Two different Fonts can be used according to file extensions. The attached font has been slightly modified with this version. Freeware.

Paddy is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
