WebcamMax is a program designed to enhance the webcam experience by enabling you to add videos, pictures and effects to virtual or real webcam, and show them to friends on instant messaging clients or live stream on websites making your broadcasts and webcam sessions even more interesting. It allows you to add features and special effects when you video chat or record videos. You can also take screenshots, record videos or stream a video stream into several streams, while using a camera with multiple programs.
