Poligraf 2012 is a very extensive program designed for companies whose activity is related to the production of print, i.e. advertising agencies, printing houses, publishing houses and others that belong to this production specificity. The application gives quick access to all orders, projects, orders, customers and invoices and improves work in printing companies in such a way that employees can better control the implementation of tasks.
The program interface has been made very nicely, it has a modern, minimalist design. It is characterized by ease of use and high transparency thanks to carefully selected colors and marking all tabs with appropriate colored icons. This is a great advantage of the program, which makes it user-friendly, regardless of the level of advancement.
The program allows you to keep a database of all employees and contractors. The process of adding a new contractor is simple and intuitive. In addition to standard information about the contractor, you can also add a list of contact persons, assign a default form of payment along with the contractor's bank number, define its belonging to a given group (private person, subcontractor, supplier, recipient, etc.) and assign a supervisor responsible for contact and customer service. In a similar way, you can create a base of employees taking into account their earnings.
The main function of the program is order handling. This one is also easy to use - all new orders are entered into the program using a simple form. When adding, the user can assign a given order to a given department in the company, and then assign specific employees of the department who will execute the given order. It is also possible to create a quote for a customer, as well as define sub-orders related to the main project.
The application allows you to manage the production plan of individual departments of the company. Here you will find all orders assigned to specific departments, taking into account the dates. Ordered goods can be automatically accepted into the warehouse. Using the warehouse function, you can create a database of services or materials (divided into full products or materials constituting one larger product), as well as calculate the value of individual materials or make an inventory.
It is also worth mentioning the analyzes and statistics that can be quickly generated using the side panel. With one click, you will create statistics of orders, income, income or sales by city or province.
