Dokumenty Google Download

Google docs is a Google Drive-integrated online office suite. This versatile application allows to create slideshows, text documents, spreadsheets and simple vector graphics and drawings directly in your Internet browser without installing any programs on your computer's hard drive.

Of course, Google Docs offer fewer features than the desktop verison of Offiec. On the other hand, this suite gives you everything you need if you are a beginning or intermediately advanced user, and it also proves useful in numerous MSP-sector companies.

All thanks to its undeniable advantages: you can share your files with other people, co-operate on the files simultaneously with other users, as well as access your files from any computer, smartphone or tablet that is connected to the Internet.

To use Google Docs you have to access Google Drive first and then click on Create. In here you can find all the supported file types. Once you have chosen an appropriate one you will be redirected to a new tab with an editor. The interface looks very familiar, with the menu in the upper part of the window, a toolbar below, and the main editing window further down.

You can share files using the button in the upper right corner of the editor's interface. In here you can set who can browse the document, as well as modify it, and so on. You can also share your files to a broader publicity if you want to, for example, share a questionnaire via Facebook.

By default users have 15 GB of free disk storage space for their files in Google Docs, Google Drive, GMail and Google+ Photos. With a small fee you can expand the amount of space, and you can also download the search engine and a desktop client to manage your Google Drive so you can easily manage it when offline.
