Icon Extractor 2000 is a small utility that loads and displays the icon resources found in any file and allows you to select icons to be saved as individual ICO files. It reads DLL, EXE, ICO, ICL, IL and NIL icon file formats. The programme allows us to save the results of our work as collections or single ICO files.
