Network Switching: Moving between Wi Fi mobile data work networks or public hotspots can cause Spotify to detect multiple regions in a short time.

Annoyingly, Spotify are going to be total idiots about this situation and will potentially limit your account after two weeks so you will probably have to use a VPN if your holiday is going to last longer than 14 days. Simply turn on your VPN and set it to the country you are actually from. It's not the best solution, but it will stop them from nagging you. Alternatively, you should consider self-hosting your own music library or loading stuff onto your device. It's cheaper in the long run, and you have full control over everything.
