Download Instagram Profile Pictures With Wizblogger.
This is one of the easiest and quickest ways to download Instagram profile pictures in their original size. To begin, visit the Wizblogger website using the link above, then type the name of the user would like to download the profile picture for into the box. Once you press enter, the page will load for a few short moments, then show the profile picture for the user you searched. Now all you have to do is right-click on the image and select Save As.

Download Instagram Profile Pictures With GramPhotos.
If you don't like the first option, you can use another tool called GamPhotos, which works in the exact same way. To begin, visit the GramPhotos website and enter the name of the user you wish to search, then click Submit. This will load that users profile picture in its full Instagram resolution, now all you have to do is right-click and select Save As, to save the file to your device.

Although these three options are almost identical, I find WizBlogger to be the quickest and easiest to use, it also seems to have the best overall image quality of the three, however, overall quality comes from the original file and crop that was first used for the first Instagram upload. If a poor quality photo was used as a profile picture, you are going to get a poor quality result from all the tools listed.
