QVO6 is a piece of crapware that can be installed on your computer when you download games or programs from the Internet. It changes your browser's starting page, and overall it can cause you quite a headache. There is, however, an easy way to get rid of it.
To remove QVO6 you have to take two simple steps in any Internet browser. First of all, you have to modify your starting website settings, as well as change the shortcuts to each of the browsers so they no longer lead to QVO6. Let's begin by removing it from Google Chrome.
How to remove QVO6 from Google Chrome
Go to Customize and Control Google Chrome (an icon in the upper right corner) and click on Settings. Find On Startup and click on Set pages. Remove QVO6 from the list and click OK. Then you should tick the option Open the New Tag Page (or you can set some other website to launch).
Later go to the Search section and click on Manage search engines..., in a new open remove QVO6 from the list. Set Google Search as a default, and click on Apply.

Now you have to modify the shortcut to the program, so right-click on its icon and from the context menu choose Properties. In Target you have to remove QVO6's address and leave Chrome's shortcut, so the Target should finish with chrome.exe.
After a relaunch Chrome should work normally.
How to remove QVO6 from Mozilla Firefox
Click in the upper left corner on the Firefox button and move to the Options. In the Home Page there will be QVO6's address inserted - remove it. Then you should see search engines' settings in the search engine bar and delete QVO6 from the list. Choose Google instead and close Firefox.
Then you should right-click on the shortcut to Firefox and in Properties remove QVO6's address from the Target bar. After a relaunch Firefox will work alright.
How to remove QVO6 from Internet Explorer
Launch Internet Explorer, click on the settings' icon in the upper right corner (a gear wheel) and go to Internet Options. In General tab in Home page there is QVO6's address - you have to either remove it or change to another website. In Search section click on the Settings button and remove QVO6's address from the list of engines. Apply and close options.

Removing QVO6's website in IE's shortcut's Properties works just like in case of Chrome nad Firefox. After a relaunch, Microsoft's browser should work properly (if I dare say something like that :D).
To make sure that there is nothing left after QVO6 you should clean your registry with a program such as ADWCleaner or CCleaner.
