There are some programs on my computer that start with the system, I would like to remove them (they are just crapware) but I they are not on the "uninstall" list in the Control Panel!

  1. How did you get rid of these files in the first place? Maybe you didn't install them properly or deleted their folders instead of uninstalling them? If that's not the case, you should look for their folders on your hard drive and find the uninstaller file. If there's none then you have to install an uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller. It will allow you to remove these programs along with their registry entries and file associations. I also recommend scanning your computer with an antivirus suite.
