Description Break 1.250:
Break has been developed for helping the user work more effectively by recording his work times and reminding him when he's been working for too long. Work can be divided into five different categories, with maximum work capping for each category.

Break is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000.
