Description Base 64 Encoder/Decoder:
Encode or decode from/to base64 encoding selected files on your disk or network. Simple file open, convert, file save dialogs. Steps of use are: After app start, click Browse to select file for conversion, then click Convert, application will inform you success/failure, then click save and select destination filename and directory. Version 1.1 has an installer/uninstaller now and somewhat updated interface.

Base 64 Encoder/Decoder is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2003 32-bit, Windows 2000.
