Description Cyber-D's MOV2GIF:
The Cyber-D's MOV2GIF application was developed to be a small tool that lets you extract frames from a mov, mpg or avi video and save them as an animated gif. You can set the output size (width x height) and scale mode (crop or strech).

This very basic grab-frames-and-make-an-animated-gif program was designed for people who want to quickly create an animated gif using very specific frames from a video, rather than an automatic selection of frames. There are a lot of other tools out there than can automagically create an animated gif for you, but it seems to be hard to find one that can create an animated gif with only the frames you want, within 10 seconds.

Cyber-D's MOV2GIF is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 7 32 bit, Windows 2003 32-bit, Windows 2000.
