Description TrueDownloader:
TrueDownloader is a open source download manager/accelerator. It has good features like Pause/Resume downloads, simultaneous downloads, segmented download for acceleration. It supports both HTTP and FTP protocols. You can even improve it or adapt it to your needs since it's open-source. Some special features like HTTP/FTP Proxy and ZIP previewing are supported too.

TrueDownloader is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.
