Description Elecard MPEG Player:
Elecard MPEG2 Player allows software-only MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 playback on a regular PC. The Player is a GUI (graphical user interface) to Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder, a DirectShow filter, which is an actual MPEG decoding engine.
