Description 4th split 1.1.8.0:
4th split is a program for splitting impossibly large files on blocks. You can split file into any number of blocks up to 1000 blocks. 4th split stored all information about source file in first block. It allow to restore full information about file after joining (unite) blocks on target computer. Following information stored in first block: number of blocks, size of file (for verification), extension, attributes, date/time of created, modified, opened.

4th split is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000.
