Here you see a toggle called Apply Filter, enable it, then use the drop-down menu to select the color setting that best suits your needs. You can choose from Grayscale, Inverted, Grayscale, Deuteranopia, Protanopia and Tritanopia.

Note: Once you have the filter selected, you can use Windows Key + Ctrl + C shortcut to quickly toggle between enabled and disabled.

Alternatives.

If you haven’t yet upgraded to Windows 10 Fall Creators or if you are on a different operating system, you also have the option to use a Chrome extension called Color Enhancer,  which does a similar job, however only supports colors displayed in Google Chrome.

If you haven’t yet updated to Fall Creators or just don’t want to, you can also use a variety of different third-party tools that allow you to customize color modes. One of the most popular tools for Windows is Visolve which will allow you to filter colors in a similar way. In fact, if you are looking for more customization, Visolve is worth checking out.
