Facebook has some interesting ways of “Innovating”, more often than not Facebook Innovation seems like change for the sake of change rather than introducing something new and exciting. A classic example of this is the way they continually move tabs, options and settings round on their Messenger and Facebook apps.

If you haven’t yet seen the new notification pop up windows they work in a very similar way to Facebook conversations. Whenever you are tagged in something, whether it is a meme, video or article you will receive a new pop-up, allowing you to see the content of the post and reply to the tag and message. Depending on how often you are tagged in content, will affect how you feel about the popups. If you are someone who doesn’t get tagged all that often, it's not so much of a problem. On the other hand, if you are someone who has tons of friends that are constantly tagging you, the constant pop-up windows might start to crowd your work space.

Thankfully, if you don’t like the innovative new feature, Facebook has been nice enough to include an option that allows you to disable it. And! for a change, they’ve also made it relatively easy to find.
