Recently Microsoft informed IE testers that the latest build is the closest to the final release of the browser. Though there is no fixed date at this time, the testers were asked to check for any issues with the highest attention.
Microsoft officials do not offer any further information on this topic.
The most recent public preview of IE10 for Windows 7 has been released in Novemeber 2012, more than a year after the previous version. Requiring Service Pack 1 in order to run, this version includes the new IE10 user interface.
